Best Time to Visit

Bekal Fort and related tourist spots can be visited in almost every season of the year, but we personally feel that October to February is the best time for travelling across the bekal. The September-October months are familiar to Northern Monsoon therefore the rain will almost be drained but you’ll get to see the green lush everywhere. Till, the February and Mid-March there won’t be much affect of Summer season hence you won’t be feeling too much hot sun over the year.

You’ll get the maximum discounts for travel and stay during these hull period of the year, and most of the cultural and religious festivals of Malabar will happen at this time. Plan your Bekal Travel schedule during this time and spend some quality time along your friends and families.

I don’t really think meeting up along with your friends need some specific places!

But yes, you can have fun with friends at the Pallikkare Beach and Park.  Try to keep silence at the Fort, since it is an archeological premise.
